How to use:
Before use, shake the bottle well. Soak an Eye Envy pad in the solution and gently wipe the area around the dog's eyes and between skin folds, avoiding direct contact with the eyes. Allow the area to dry naturally. Use daily until stains disappear, then every few days to maintain results. Store at room temperature.
Tip:
There can be many causes of excessive tearing in dogs, from allergies and high mineral content in drinking water to allergens in food, teething, and even irritations caused by fleas. Moistening of the eyeball is a natural process in both animals and humans, but in dogs and cats, tear discharge can penetrate the fur, providing nourishment for bacteria, which then cause stains. Left untreated, tear stains can lead to itchy irritations and infections, often emitting an unpleasant odor. There are many products on the market for combating tear stains, but most only mask the problem, while Eye Envy products tackle the source of the issue—bacterial infections that cause stain formation.
Breeds predisposed to developing stains and discoloration under the eyes include: Maltese, Shih Tzu, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Havanese, Bichon, Poodle, Samoyed, Pekingese, Pomeranian, Pug, Bulldog, and other white/light breeds.
