The fountain holds 1.5 liters of water and features two filters - a foam filter and a carbon filter, which remove unpleasant tastes and odors and capture any impurities, such as hair. At the top of the spout, there is a butterfly-shaped attachment. The butterfly not only serves as a fun decorative element but also creates 4 falling streams of water from which pets can drink. The attachment can be removed to create a quiet, freely flowing stream down the spout. Its narrow, compact design and relatively shallow bowl make it suitable for almost any space. The fountain can be easily disassembled for cleaning, and all parts except the pump are dishwasher safe. The Drinkwell Butterfly pet fountain is powered by electricity (power cord included).
