PetSafe Drinkwell Original Pet Fountain is a fountain for cats and small dogs that helps you ensure your pet stays properly hydrated. It provides access to fresh, filtered water 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The freely flowing stream of fresh water encourages cats and dogs to drink more, which helps prevent urinary tract infections and kidney diseases. The fountain holds 1.5 liters of water and features a replaceable carbon filter that removes unpleasant tastes and odors and captures any impurities, such as hair. Below the spout, there is a sloped ramp - a special elevation where water flows into the bowl. This design prevents the water stream from crashing violently against the surface, thereby preventing splashing around the fountain. The water pump is located just at the bottom, below the water level, which results in quiet operation of the fountain. Additionally, the pump is adjustable, allowing you to customize the flow strength. The low edges enable small cats and puppies to drink water from the bowl. The fountain can be easily disassembled for cleaning, and all parts except the pump are dishwasher safe. The Drinkwell Mini pet fountain is powered by electricity (power cord included).
