The freely flowing stream of fresh water encourages cats and dogs to drink more, which helps prevent urinary tract infections and kidney diseases. The fountain has an additional water reservoir, allowing it to hold 4.97 liters of water. It also features a replaceable carbon filter that removes unpleasant tastes and odors and captures any contaminants, such as hair. Under the spout, there is a sloped ramp - a special elevation that allows water to flow into the bowl. This design prevents the water stream from crashing into the surface, thereby reducing splashing around the fountain. The water pump is located just above the bottom, below the water level, which results in quiet operation of the fountain. Additionally, the pump is adjustable, allowing you to customize the flow strength. Non-slip feet stabilize the fountain and prevent it from moving during eager drinking.
