Pokusa ChondroLine Support +HA is a supplement for adult dogs, after completing their first year of life. It is particularly recommended for active dogs and large and giant breeds. The specially selected active ingredients of the supplement support the proper functioning of the locomotor system, improving its flexibility and joint mobility. The product is enriched with hyaluronic acid, which naturally occurs in the joints. A deficiency of this substance significantly reduces the quality of synovial fluid, the functioning of cartilage, and decreases joint mobility. Therefore, it is crucial to provide this element to your dog. Regular use of the supplement positively affects the locomotor system and counteracts the progression of degenerative changes in the joints.
Active ingredients of the supplement:
- Fish collagen type II - the most important type of collagen for articular cartilage; contributes to improving joint function, including reducing stiffness.
- Hyaluronic acid - ensures proper viscosity and elasticity of synovial fluid in the joint capsule, which increases joint flexibility and improves mobility.
- Brewer's yeast - rich in B vitamins that influence the functioning of the nervous and immune systems; conditions the skin and coat.
- Antarctic krill meal - rich in phospholipids, choline, and astaxanthin; an excellent source of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) that are building blocks of interstitial cartilage and synovial fluids.
- Rosehip extract - contains vitamin C, which is essential for collagen synthesis and counteracts its degeneration in the body.
Administration and dosage:
It should be given after mixing with food, preferably in liquid form, created by mixing the supplement in a small amount of fresh, cool water.

- Daily intake below 5kg: 0.5g
- 5-10kg: 1g
- 10-15kg: 1.5g
- 15-20kg: 2g
- 20-30kg: 3g
- 30-40kg: 4g
- above 40kg: 5g
A measuring scoop is included in the package. One flat scoop contains approximately 1g of the product.
