Venison includes meat from roe deer, red deer, fallow deer, and sika deer. Compared to meat from farm animals, venison has up to four times more nutritional value, is low in fat, and contains a high amount of easily digestible protein. Tuna provides valuable protein, unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6, iodine, zinc, and vitamin D3. Pomegranate seeds contain a wide range of health-promoting ingredients. They are rich in ellagic acid, a natural antioxidant and effective cell protector. Pomegranate seeds have beneficial effects on the immune, cardiovascular, and nervous systems.
