The meat and offal from wild boar have up to four times more nutritional value than meat from farmed animals. It is very tasty and aromatic. Duck is characterized by a relatively high fat content and contains a significant amount of magnesium and vitamin B1 (thiamine). Pomegranate seeds contain a wide range of health-promoting ingredients. They are rich in ellagic acid, a natural antioxidant and effective cell protector. Pomegranate seeds have beneficial effects on the immune, cardiovascular, and nervous systems.
